Digital SDS binders
Organize safety data sheets into as many binders as your operation needs — by department, building, or process. Each binder entry records the chemical, quantity, storage location, notes, and the SDS revision date. Attach an SDS by uploading your manufacturer's PDF or by linking a document from the built-in SDS library; replaced uploads are archived with a content hash, so earlier revisions remain on file.
Chemical database
Binder entries link into a database of more than 249,000 chemicals with GHS pictograms, hazard and precautionary statements, OSHA permissible exposure limits, and NIOSH recommended exposure limits. Search covers names, synonyms, and CAS numbers.
Manufacturer SDS library
A growing library of authentic manufacturer safety data sheets, searchable by chemical name, CAS number, manufacturer, or product code. Attach a library document to a binder entry instead of chasing the PDF yourself.
Verification and freshness tracking
One click records that an SDS was verified as current, by whom, and when. Entries with a revision date older than three years or with no verification in the past twelve months are flagged on the compliance dashboard so stale documents surface before an inspection does.
Audit trail and compliance dashboard
Every SDS view and download is logged with the user, chemical, IP address, and timestamp, and the log exports to CSV for any date range. The compliance dashboard summarizes each facility: total chemicals, entries missing an SDS, and entries flagged as stale.
Teams, roles, and facilities
Invite your team by email with owner, admin, and member roles. Binder access is assigned per user as viewer or editor, and members can be given a default binder so the documents for their work area are one click away. Binders can be tied to facilities with addresses for multi-site operations. Members can suggest chemicals for a binder; managers approve or reject each suggestion.
Export and emergency readiness
Any binder exports as a ZIP archive containing the SDS PDFs and a manifest listing every chemical with its CAS number, location, and verification status — a portable copy for auditors or an offline backup. The included README carries your company's emergency contacts alongside poison control numbers, and the same emergency numbers appear on every chemical page.
